On 24th March, Union of
South Africa brought the
up from St Albans, then the Duke, which
was in the NRM, took it back down, and Union stayed in
the NRM the night.

The NRM had a cab it weekend, and along with NRM locos, and a visiting 57307, and 91131, the Duke was open to have a look in.

The Duke is now in the NRM until the 24th March, when he swaps with Union of South Africa taking the train back to

This was supposed to go from Carlisle back down the west coast, but due to the Grayrigg accident, it was re routed to Newcastle, and down to York, leaving the Duke, in York.
I had problems with the camera in the dark, on the slow
shutter speed, and also the batteries were running out
for the first time! (11 Pictures)

After many failed atempts, and a few misses, I have finally got Duke of Gloucester, and it was 4 mins early!
